Is a credit score of 630 bad or good?

September 2nd, 2010 by admin | Filed under Good Bad Credit Score.

My credit score is 630 right and I only have one bill in my name so I don’t see how this is bad. It is only 0 to pay off I would have paid it but I was underage and feel no obligation to pay a stupid company. But is my credit score good or bad?
Well I am only 19 they keep saying I dont have enough credit history. I just want to have great credit but how do I get my credit history up there. So I am plannig to be more mature and have a family by age 25 how can I fix my credit score.

Your credit score is ok, not good.

Anything above 680 is considered to be good.

If it is above 720, that’s considered to be very good.

But it all depends, why you need the score. If it is for buying a house, definitely it’s a low score. But buying a cell phone it is ok.

It is not very bad but it is not good either. For example, you could not get a mortgage with any lenders other than FHA ones.
