I have two unpaid debts totally about 800 dollars. My credit score is in the 500-600 range. What does passing a credit check mean? Will I be able to rent an apartment and or room with this credit score?

My credit score is currently at (570), and has been for about 3 years now. Most of my debt is from Hospital stays and the doctors who saw me during my stay. I had no health insurance at the time because I barely made enough money to survive. I have also had a friend whom I shared an apartment with steal my identity and sign up for credit cards and use them as her own while she went traveling across the country. Up until about a year ago when I went to apply for a loan so I could get a new car I didn’t even know these credit cards existed. Apparently I am in about ,000 worth of debt. My boyfriend and I are moving to TAMPA FL next year and I will need to get my credit score up a little higher if I want to be able to rent an apartment. I make about 00 a month, 0 of it goes to other bills and I’d say about 0 goes to other living expenses. About 0 a month right now is going towards saving for a car that I need desperately in order to get back and forth to work. I basically have 0 a month to spare as of right now. My dilemma is that I am willing to work with the collection agencies that keep bugging me on a daily basis but all of them seem to want my bills paid in full. Out of the 3 hospital bills 00, 000, and 00 I don’t know how I can possibly pay them all off at one time. My question is should I start paying off the 0-0 bills (My Ex-Friends) debt or should I worry about paying the big bills off first? I making my student loan payments on time which is helping out tremendously, but I am just so confused about how improve my credit score within the next year or so before I move. What is the credit score most landlords find acceptable now adays and what about car dealerships? If I can save 0 a month towards my debt for the time being will it be worth it eventually?

I’m applying for an apartment right now and won’t know anything for a few days. I’m hoping my credit score won’t get in the way of being approved. I’ve rented an apartment before and never broke my lease, but I had trouble finding a job after graduation, and as a result, I couldn’t make my credit card payments.
My score dropped drastically (despite regularly making payments for about 2 years) and I’m a bit worried. I should’ve told the manager about my credit, but I was so excited about the apartment that I forgot. Is it still possible for me to rent despite my bad credit?

I’ve heard that when places pull your credit score, it can lower the score. I currently have no credit, but I just applied to lease an apartment. After they check my credit, will I then have a bad score because they pulled it?
If I were to suddenly apply for multiple credit cards or personal loans within a short time frame, would my score be lowered (considering I currently have no score)?

I am just curious, I have a credit score of 652 (For some reason I only got 1 of 3 scores, so I assume it’s the important/combined score). I know that 652 isn’t great but is it good considering the fact that I’m only 21 and have only been using ONE credit card for two years. I have had an apartment with a roommate for 4 months but it took just about 4 months for me to get the report I ordered so it might not be on their that I’ve been independent. Shipping error, plus forwarding from old address, plus being too nervous to open it and letting it sit around for a month. So I’m basically just wondering is 652 a good score for an average 21 year old. Someone else asked if 652 is a good score, but they were asking in terms of getting financing for a house, which I have to assume means they’re older, also they earn more money annually. Mine is a lil different. Any answer would be appreciated. Thanks.

i have never had a credit card, never owed anyone any money, or anything of that sort. i am getting my own apartment and they want someone with good credit. since i am new at all this i don’t know if it is good or bad. i tried checking it online but they always ask for a credit card number but as i have already stated i have never owned one. so if anyone can tell me what my credit score maybe please tell me below.
